1. Our Services

ALTO Merch provides customised apparel, merchandise, medals, trophies, promotional products, and related services. Products and services may be customised according to the customer's requirements, including design, colour, size, material, quantity, printing, embroidery, engraving, finishing, and other specifications.

 

2. Custom Orders

All customised orders are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including logos, artwork, names, spelling, sizes, quantities, colours, and other details, is accurate before production begins.

Once a design, artwork, quotation, or order specification has been approved, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after approval.

 

3. Artwork & Design

Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, names, artwork, or other materials provided to ALTO Merch.

ALTO Merch is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from materials supplied by the customer.

Where design or artwork services are provided by ALTO Merch, the final design will be subject to customer approval before production.


 

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the specifications provided at the time of enquiry. Prices may vary depending on changes to quantity, materials, specifications, artwork, production requirements, or delivery arrangements.

A quotation is not considered an order confirmation until the required payment or deposit has been received and the order has been confirmed by ALTO Merch.

 

5. Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation or invoice provided to the customer.

For customised orders, production will generally only begin after the required payment or deposit has been received and all necessary artwork or specifications have been approved.

Orders may be placed on hold if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

 

6. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process. These are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, supplier delays, shipping, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

ALTO Merch will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated completion date but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

7. Custom Product Variations

Due to the nature of customised and manufactured products, minor variations in colour, placement, texture, size, printing, embroidery, engraving, or finishing may occur.

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect where they remain within reasonable production tolerances. 

 

8. Cancellation & Changes

Because customised products are made specifically for each customer, orders may not be cancelled or modified once production has commenced.

If cancellation or modification is requested before production begins, ALTO Merch may consider the request at its discretion. Any costs already incurred may be charged to the customer.

 

9. Returns & Defective Products

Customised products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not reasonably match the approved specifications.

Any issue should be reported to ALTO Merch within [7 days] of receiving the order, together with photographs and relevant order details.

Where a manufacturing error or defect is confirmed, ALTO Merch may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected product.


 

10. Customer-Provided Items

If customers provide garments, materials, products, or other items for printing, embroidery, engraving, or customisation, ALTO Merch will take reasonable care during the production process.

However, ALTO Merch is not responsible for pre-existing defects, weaknesses, colour variations, or damage resulting from the inherent condition of customer-provided items.


 

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and artwork.

ALTO Merch may retain production-related artwork or design files for administrative and production purposes.

ALTO Merch may use photographs of completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

ALTO Merch will make reasonable efforts to provide products and services according to the agreed specifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALTO Merch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, production issues, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


 

13. Force Majeure

ALTO Merch will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, supplier disruptions, transportation delays, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen events.

 

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, images, descriptions, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on screen settings, photography, materials, and production processes.

ALTO Merch reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and modify products or services without prior notice.

 

15. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with ALTO Merch, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

ALTO Merch reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future orders.
